Activities throughout the summer include fishing, river swimming, horseshoes and volleyball/badminton. A play ship and a play fort with tires, slides, climbing equipment provide hours of entertainment for the children. Peterborough is the largest community and located about 8km from us. Area attractions include the hydraulic lift lock, boat cruises, zoo, golf courses, canoe museum, casino, Peterborough (speedway), miniature golf and batting cages, theatres, Art Gallery of Peterborough, Little Lake Musicfest on Wednesday and Saturday during July and August.
